About The Position

Haus is looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing Los Angeles team. You will work independently across a range of digital projects — from early concepting to final execution — contributing to the creative quality and consistency of everything we make. The ideal candidate is a strong, self-directed designer with a sharp eye, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for digital craft.

Requirements

4–6 years of design experience with a strong digital portfolio
Mastery of Figma and Adobe CC Suite
Solid grounding in typography, layout, and visual systems
Experience developing style treatments and contributing to creative concepting
Awareness of motion, interaction, and UI/UX principles — you don't just design screens, you design experiences
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your creative decisions

Responsibilities

Design across a range of digital touchpoints — from early concepting and style frames to polished final deliverables
Work independently on project workstreams with minimal oversight, escalating and collaborating where it counts
Contribute to moodboards, style treatments, and design systems with a clear point of view
Support Art Directors and CDs, and help guide Designers who are earlier in their careers
Apply UI sensibility and motion awareness to your work — understanding how digital products and campaigns come to life
