About The Position

Thesis is an independent agency working at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology. It partners with ambitious brands to address complex business and marketing challenges and create scalable ideas, experiences, and systems. The Senior Designer is a multidisciplinary creative who develops refined design solutions across channels. The role combines conceptual thinking with technical execution, contributing to campaigns, brand identity systems, and digital experiences, while beginning to mentor junior designers. The designer turns creative concepts into polished, execution-ready deliverables and may lead workstreams independently. The position works closely with multidisciplinary internal teams and, as needed, external partners and clients. It reports to a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director. Thesis uses a hybrid work model, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The agency prioritizes candidates based in the Portland Metro area for the hybrid arrangement at its NW Portland office. No travel is anticipated.
