About The Position

This is a temporary assignment to support the Creative & Brand Design division within DPR's Marketing Department. Under the direction of the Creative & Brand Design Senior Manager, the Senior Graphic Designer co-leads the creative for assigned campaigns and high-visibility projects, helping deliver them on time and to brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience, including agency or in-house brand work.
  • Full mastery of Adobe InDesign and document preparation, including magazines, digital guides and multi-page publications (master pages, styles, interactive and print-ready export).
  • Proven experience creating content for digital platforms and traditional media.
  • Strong creative concept development and experience taking part in or leading brainstorms.
  • Collaborative team player with the flexibility to adapt to team needs, shifting priorities and different ways of working.
  • Full mastery of Adobe Illustrator (vector illustration, logos, iconography, layouts) and Photoshop (photo editing, retouching, compositing, color correction), plus expert use of the rest of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A portfolio with integrated campaigns and editorial work.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Co-leads assigned campaigns with the Senior Manager, from concept through final delivery.
  • Develops original concepts and key visuals for the assigned seasonal campaigns, major events and executive materials.
  • Creates content for digital platforms (social, web, email, digital ads) and traditional media (print, outdoor, signage, broadcast support) for assigned campaigns.
  • Builds campaign toolkits that can be reused across channels and by internal teams.
  • Designs and prepares long-form documents in InDesign, including digital magazines, destination and digital guides, reports and brochures for assigned projects.
  • Builds master layouts, styles and grids, and delivers print-ready and interactive digital files.
  • Art directs photo shoots and briefs local illustrators, photographers and production vendors, in line with the direction set by the Senior Manager for assigned campaigns.
  • Checks that cultural representation is accurate and authentic.
  • Proofreads and checks campaign pieces for brand consistency, accuracy and technical quality before they go to the Senior Manager for review and approval.
  • Takes part in or co-leads brainstorming and concept development sessions with the team and the Senior Manager.
  • Keeps working files, templates and toolkits organized and documented so the team can continue the work after the assignment ends.
