As part of the UX & Design team within our Digital organization, you will design and deliver world-class experiences across mobile, web, and in-store platforms. Your work will directly influence how millions of customers engage with Starbucks every day— from ordering their daily iced latte with cold foam, to earning and redeeming Stars, Starbucks Rewards and other long-term engagement. You’ll be a hands-on designer who thrives in collaboration, balances form and function, and pushes for accessible, beautiful, and impactful digital experiences. You’ll actively contribute to design projects, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help create digital experiences that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
