About The Position

UNLEASH.ai is seeking a Senior Delegate Sales Executive to drive revenue for major international conferences and exhibitions in Miami and Paris. This role involves attracting high-quality delegates from leading employers and forward-thinking organizations, ensuring well-attended and diverse events with a focus on group sales. The position reports directly to the Head of Delegate Sales.

Requirements

5 years+ proven sales experience in a telesales or conference sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with cutting-edge CRM platforms and database management.
Tenacious, articulate, and confident in engaging at a C-suite/Director/Head of level.
Ability to sell team bookings with prior experience.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the conference and exhibition industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

Use telesales, video, and telemarketing techniques to sell delegate spaces at international conferences and exhibitions.
Assist in the design and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns to drive delegate sales and community.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand industry trends for a comprehensive delegate mix.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to pitching and closing.
Meet and exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the conference and exhibition.
Achieve a minimum of 100 dials and 8 qualified conversations daily with an expected revenue target of 600,000 per annum.
Provide regular reports on sales activity, delegate feedback, and market trends to senior management.
Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and build a professional network.
Update and maintain the delegate and customer database, ensuring accuracy.
Collaborate closely with event production, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless delegate experience.
Negotiate with potential delegates to secure participation, focusing on large team attendance.
