About The Position

This role sits at the heart of the UNLEASH mission. As a Delegate Relations Executive you will be the connector — the person who brings the world’s most forward‑thinking HR leaders into the conversations that matter. You’ll engage CHROs, VPs, Directors, and Heads of HR, understand their priorities, and invite them into the high‑level content experiences that define UNLEASH. Your work directly shapes the quality, influence, and strategic depth of our events. You’re not filling seats — you’re directly curating the HR leaders who will drive the next era of workforce transformation whilst also working with our partners to ensure a seamless experience for them at our events. This is a fast-paced environment that requires collaboration with other departments and a critical aspect of this role will be engagement with Senior HR Leaders and providing them with a true UNLEASH experience through relationship management, tailored engagement and active appointment setting at their level.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in delegate acquisition, audience development, or senior‑level outreach within the B2B conference industry with a key focus on relationship management.
  • Proven track record managing 1:1 meetings, roundtables, or executive‑level engagements.
  • Experience working with or engaging the HR industry is preferable.
  • Background in client‑facing roles, ideally involving senior stakeholders
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment
  • Exceptional communication and social selling skills.
  • Tenacious, articulate and confident in engaging at a C-suite/Director/Head of level.
  • Skilled in strategic profiling, research, and understanding executive priorities and language.
  • Confident in coordinating and scheduling high‑value executive meetings
  • Competent in CRM usage, data management, and pipeline organisation
  • Ability to navigate new markets, identify opportunities, and build relationships from scratch
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
  • Experience of providing customer service at a senior level.
  • Energetic, positive, and comfortable representing the UNLEASH brand
  • Relationship‑driven with a genuine interest in understanding people and their challenges
  • Confident, polished, and professional when engaging senior leaders both online and in person.
  • Passionate about self-improvement and great with autonomy.
  • Adaptable and resourceful in fast‑moving environments.

  • Champion the UNLEASH mission by identifying and engaging senior HR leaders who are shaping the future of work.
  • Build strategic profiles of CHROs, VPs, and Heads of HR to understand their challenges, ambitions, and areas of innovation.
  • Invite executives into high‑value experiences — from curated roundtables to 1:1 meetings to exclusive content sessions.
  • Manage and schedule senior‑level meetings, ensuring a seamless, premium experience for delegates and partners.
  • Grow and maintain a high‑integrity network of HR leaders, capturing insights that elevate our community and content strategy.
  • Engage new markets with confidence, building relationships from the ground up in an autonomous, high‑ownership role.
  • Represent UNLEASH onsite, ensuring our events deliver the exceptional, human‑centred experience we’re known for.
  • Act as a trusted voice of the brand, communicating with credibility, empathy, and a deep understanding of HR leadership priorities.
