About The Position

The Hybrid Sales team supports customers by providing clinical and educational information about products, clinical training programs, and resources. The Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative (PVAR) is part of the Vaccine Account Team and supports the Company's Vaccines customer engagement model. The PVAR engages assigned customers—including pharmacies, medical groups, and physician offices—to support local population-health priorities and focus on high-potential opportunities that improve public health. The representative works with the local market team to identify customer needs, align products and services, support integrated strategies, and demonstrate the Company's value and contribution to better health outcomes. The PVAR ensures activities comply with Company policies and applicable U.S. laws and regulations. The position reports to the Customer Team Leader (CTL), National Retail Pharmacy Sales Team, and collaborates with Vaccine Field Sales and Vaccines Pharmacy Account Executive teams. It is a hybrid sales position: 60% of HCP engagements are remote, while other engagements and quarterly company meetings involve travel. Territory coverage includes customers in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. The posting states travel may reach 50% depending on the candidate's location, and separately lists travel requirements of 75%. Candidates must reside near a major airport in the territory, with examples including Nashville or Memphis, New Orleans, or Birmingham. Responsibilities include account management and contracting; sales engagement; and customer segmentation and targeting. The representative develops collaborative business plans and long-term customer relationships, reviews contract and program performance, uses product and account knowledge to support purchasing and vaccination protocols, and addresses supply and product-transition challenges. They tailor vaccine and commercial-offer discussions to customer needs, use insights and metrics to prioritize accounts and allocate resources, and work cross-functionally to support customer health outcomes.
