Requirements

  • 2+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Knowledge of pricing lease and loan transactions (Supertrump).
  • Experience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionally.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to establish relevant priorities with respect to administrative work associated with departmental activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the building and maintaining of effective relationships with existing clients through support of their functional area.
  • Assist in setting performance standards to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate profitability of relationships and make recommendations to management about account dispositions.
  • Articulate differences and similarities among unique industries, programs, and market segments.
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks within the functional area.
  • Interact with senior peers and functional partners on a wide range of requests, including directly interacting with external clients and serving as a liaison between various functional areas and the client.
  • Participate in client-related or ad-hoc projects and teams.
  • Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively.
  • Support performance of less experienced staff, including providing subject matter expertise.
  • Interact with immediate team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on a wide range of information.
