Critical Mass is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join their ArtBot team. ArtBot is Omnicom’s next-generation intelligent content orchestration, decisioning, and optimization solution, operating as a horizontal specialism across Omnicom to deliver scaled, data-driven, and AI-powered creative solutions. They specialize in Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), performance optimization, and scalable content activation, working with clients like Volkswagen Group, IBM, British Airways, McDonald’s, and PepsiCo. The Strategy team is crucial to ArtBot, setting the tone and driving the growth of their DCO product offering. The primary role involves creating and implementing dynamic creative strategies for key accounts, maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, and managing the end-to-end DCO campaign process. A Senior Creative Strategist should be curious, willing to explore new ideas, and ensure Artbot’s strategies and technologies remain market-leading. The role also involves developing relationships across the Omnicom network, supporting new business pitches, building client commercial understanding, and working closely with the Head of Strategy to manage and mentor junior team members and co-lead team initiatives.
