About The Position

Synergis is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Creative Recruiter to join their growing Delivery team supporting their MSP/VMS business. The Recruiter will be responsible for qualifying new job opportunities with clients, identifying and attracting qualified talent through outbound activities, and providing a white-glove experience to candidates and consultants. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment and wants to further their career in recruiting. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Recruiting experience within a Staffing Agency
  • MSP/VMS recruiting experience supporting Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience recruiting creative or technical skill sets; bonus if you have recruited both IT and creative roles (UX/UI, Marketing, Content Strategy, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying new job opportunities with clients
  • Identifying and attracting qualified talent through outbound activities
  • Providing a white-glove experience to candidates and consultants
  • Finding available talent by researching candidate databases, soliciting referrals, networking through social media and events, maintaining relationships with domain professionals, and creating/building a prospect list
  • Creating and posting job ads using various media
  • Matching available talent with open positions by understanding skill sets and client needs
  • Conducting candidate screening, negotiating pay rates, and overcoming candidate objections
  • Advising candidates on interview success and debriefing with candidates, hiring managers, and client services resources to gather feedback
  • Presenting offers
  • Soliciting referrals, identifying additional business opportunities, controlling turnover, and ensuring client/consultant satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate and detailed records of recruiting and candidate/account activities by updating business systems and databases
  • Proactively marketing candidates and generating sales leads to support business development efforts
