About The Position

Zero is a creative studio founded in NYC with offices in New York, Milwaukee, Los Angeles, and a virtual presence worldwide. We foster an environment where multidisciplinary teams solve problems for progressive brands, aiming to provide high value and service to clients and our team. We are seeking an individual with a background in creative production and social media strategy, capable of working with diverse personalities. As a Senior Creative Producer, you will lead Zero's creative practice in content production. We expect an entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach to drive studio growth, coupled with future-forward thinking and the ability to work across creative disciplines and client needs. You will collaborate closely with creative and account leads, as well as creative team members, and will be involved in many of the studio's accounts. Your role will involve working across brand, digital, marketing, and social teams, focusing on leading small to large-scale productions from pre-production through post-production. You will also manage budgets, source partners, and ensure needs are met within defined budgets. Managing a high volume of projects and serving as the primary point of contact for creative production requires strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to identify opportunities. Inspiring clients with creative ideas that impact their business and provide measurable value will be crucial.   • Produced at lead 10+ mid to low fidelity photo shoots
  • Produced 6+ high fidelity video shoots
  • Completed 5+ social content creation productions that included photography, video, illustration, 3D, animation, video editing
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative industry
  • 5+ years of production experience within a creative industry

Responsibilities

  • Leading the execution of content shoots and experiential productions, guiding the team through all aspects of a production: pre, day-of, and post.
  • Participating in resource planning, support, and coordination across the full content team including photography and retouching, animation, 3D, and video editing.
  • Timeline Planning
  • Budget Development: Balancing the needs of clients and the needs of the studio
  • Creative Planning and working collaboratively with the creative team
  • Leading Sourcing and managing the best partners for the production including: Locations, Photo Crew, Video Crew, Props, Stylist, Hair & Makeup, Wardrobe, etc.
  • Facilitation with Client

  • Approaching every project with a clear purpose and ensuring all executions meet client and user goals
  • Partnering with the New Business team to collaborate on new SOWs, provide high-level production budgets & set key expectations including client facing conversations
  • Anticipating and scoping new business opportunities alongside the new business team
  • Guiding clients through the creative process and articulating its value to their business
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal systems and increase efficiency
  • Leading and contributing to the research and discovery phase through competitive audits, research, and any additional tactics that add value
  • Leading and developing social strategies that are unique to the market, true to the audience and genuine to the beliefs and vision of the brand
  • Facilitating workshop sessions with the creative team to collect and define the ideas that are best suited for the brand
  • Leading the development of presentations that clearly and effectively tell the story of our work. Leading the team in collaborating on those presentations and presenting the work to our clients
  • Leading the team in executing on effective art direction, social media strategies and content solutions that deliver on the brand strategies, are unique to the market, and genuine to the beliefs and vision of the brand
  • Effectively managing your time and working closely with the creative and account teams to manage project timelines and schedule check-ins as needed to meet internal deadlines and goals

  • Autonomously running key accounts on the production and social side of things, while managing and growing relationships
