About The Position

We are seeking a talented and innovative Ad Creative Producer to join our dynamic marketing team at Ruby Labs. This full-time role is central to driving our advertising creative process across multiple consumer-focused brands. You will be responsible for developing new ad concepts, managing production timelines, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that our creatives not only captivate but also convert. As a key player in the ad production lifecycle, you will work directly under the Ad Creative Lead and maintain close coordination with User Acquisition Managers to refine and optimize our advertising strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative production or a similar role, preferably within a tech-focused or consumer product company, with a proven track record of managing creative projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing high-performing digital advertising creatives.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, campaign analysis, and data-driven optimization.
  • Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and AI-powered creative production tools.
  • Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and develop innovative advertising concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptable to new technologies, industry changes, and emerging creative approaches, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and development of high-performing ad creatives that align with brand values, campaign goals, and customer acquisition objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative formats to introduce innovative ideas that improve market positioning, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with designers, User Acquisition Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality outputs, and timely project delivery.
  • Oversee the creative production process from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and performance objectives.
  • Analyze creative performance across platforms, generate and test hypotheses through A/B testing, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations, highlighting the impact of creatives on customer acquisition, conversion, and overall campaign success.
  • Act as a bridge between creative and user acquisition teams, facilitating brainstorming sessions and fostering a culture of creativity, continuous improvement, and performance optimization.
