About The Position

Ambient.ai is a leader in Agentic Physical Security, utilizing a reasoning Vision-Language Model to enhance security operations. The company has experienced significant growth and is recognized as a top employer. They are seeking a Senior Creative Manager, Video to build and lead their video program. This role involves end-to-end video production, from concept to final cut, and requires the individual to be comfortable presenting the product on camera. The goal is to create various video content for different platforms and eventually establish an in-house video studio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience owning video production independently, from concept and scripting through shooting and post-production, with minimal oversight
• Proficiency in standard video editing tools and motion graphics/animation software
• Comfortable and confident on camera - able to present, host, and act as a video evangelist for the product, not just edit behind the scenes
• Working knowledge of camera requirements, lighting, and set organization for both studio and on-location shoots
• A track record of building and growing a YouTube channel or comparable content channel - programming, editing, and publishing cadence included
• Demonstrated AI fluency - comfortable using AI tools daily across editing workflows, scripting and story development, and content research

Nice To Haves

• Experience building a video program that leverages social media for distribution
• Experience producing customer testimonial videos in-house
• Familiarity with LinkedIn video and ad formats
• Podcast video editing/production support experience

Responsibilities

• Own video production end-to-end - from story development and scripting through post-production - shipping product explainers, release walkthroughs, brand/hype videos, and customer testimonials independently and with minimal direction
• Serve as Ambient's on-camera video evangelist, presenting and hosting content that speaks to the product at a product-marketing-manager level
• Build out and grow Ambient's YouTube channel as an active, expanding distribution priority, from content strategy through publishing cadence
• Create video assets purpose-built for LinkedIn and paid ads, and produce short-form social cuts, webinar clips, and podcast cover/editing support that extend Ambient's reach across channels
• Lay the groundwork for an in-house video studio as the program matures, moving production that today relies on external vendors fully in-house
