About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiting Specialist in Green Bay to support our full-cycle recruiting team. The Senior Corporate Recruiting Specialist will positively impact the candidate experience by making a strong first impression and handling the recruiting and onboarding process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in human resources, business administration, sales or related field.
  • 2 or more years of recruiting or human resources experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in scheduling, customer service or outbound calling is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule phone screens and interviews, effectively utilizing the interview team’s time.
  • Work with hiring managers to coordinate calendar availability for interviews.
  • Distribute final interview materials to candidates and interview panels.
  • Monitor pre-hire requirements such as background checks and drug screens.
  • Manage the general recruiting email boxes and provide responses.
