The Senior Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a full lifecycle recruiting role
  • Highly professional with a strong customer service focus
  • Proven skills in collaborating with managers to identify and select high-quality candidates
  • Ability to multi-task by effectively prioritizing tasks, working both independently and within teams, and following through to ensure deliverables/deadlines are met.
  • Ability to implement effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent including internet searches, social media, talent campaigns, referrals, cold-calling and networking.
  • Working knowledge of applicable HR laws/regulations

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts for field and corporate vacancies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent
  • Develop a strong talent pipeline through networking, market research, and proactive outreach
  • Ability to contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes
  • Identifying sourcing opportunities
  • Preparing recruitment related metrics and reporting
  • Ensuring appropriate record keeping, communications, and administrative activities related to recruitment activities
