About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter (Contractor) who operates like an embedded, in-house partner to support our hiring efforts during a period of rapid growth. This is not a transactional recruiting role—we’re looking for someone who can plug into the business, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and take ownership of searches end-to-end. You’ll help drive hiring across go-to-market, marketing, growth, and corporate functions while contributing to how we scale recruiting at Suno.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated success owning and closing roles across GTM and corporate functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
• Experience operating independently and driving searches without heavy oversight
• Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and modern sourcing tools
• A thoughtful, structured approach to evaluating talent
• Interest in building processes—not just executing against them
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, deeply understanding team needs and shaping hiring strategies
• Own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, growth, and corporate functions
• Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing and network-driven outreach
• Run structured, high-signal interview processes and deliver strong candidate experiences
• Bring an operator mindset to improving recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and leadership to support hiring goals
• Use data and market insight to inform hiring strategy and calibrate searches
