Exciting Opportunity: We are Hiring a Senior Corporate Paralegal at True Rx Health Strategists! True Rx Health Strategists is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to support our General Counsel and play a key role in managing contracts, compliance initiatives, legal operations, and corporate governance activities. This is a unique opportunity to work across all areas of the organization, collaborating with executive leadership and business partners while helping ensure legal, regulatory, and compliance excellence. Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of paralegal experience supporting corporate legal departments, law firms, healthcare organizations, insurance organizations, PBMs, or other regulated industries.
  • Extensive experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial contracts.
  • Experience supporting compliance programs and regulatory initiatives.
  • Experience maintaining corporate records and governance documentation.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management and document management systems preferred.
  • Exceptional integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong legal document review and drafting abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with executives, external counsel, regulators, vendors, clients, and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, review, and management of commercial agreements, including NDAs, BAAs, PSAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and contract amendments.
  • Conduct preliminary contract reviews and identify non-standard terms requiring legal review.
  • Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, and legal document libraries.
  • Coordinate contract execution and ensure documents are accurately maintained and retained.
  • Track contract renewals, expirations, notice requirements, and key milestones.
  • Support business partners with contract intake, routing, and status updates.
  • Maintain contract lifecycle management and document management systems.
  • Support compliance reviews, audits, investigations, and regulatory examinations.
  • Track regulatory requirements, licensing activities, reporting obligations, and compliance deadlines.
  • Assist with policy implementation and monitoring activities.
  • Maintain compliance calendars and coordinate compliance-related projects.
  • Research and summarize legislative and regulatory developments for leadership review.
  • Maintain legal department project trackers, work plans, and action item logs.
  • Monitor legal requests and help drive timely completion of key initiatives.
  • Create reports and dashboards related to contract activity, compliance initiatives, and legal operations.
  • Coordinate communication across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Client Services, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility across legal processes.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and document workflows for the General Counsel.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Organize and maintain highly confidential legal and compliance records.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries as requested.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.
