This role is for a Senior Copywriter/Editor to join Canadian Tire’s In‑House Content & Creative team. The ideal candidate loves shaping brand voice, elevating brands through copy, and making purpose‑driven work land with precision. They should bring editorial rigour, a sharp instinct for brand storytelling, and a clear point of view on what great retail and ecommerce copy looks like. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Copy & Content, this role will help define, refine, and champion the tone of voice across brand campaigns and ecommerce experiences. The Senior Copywriter/Editor will partner closely with writers, designers, marketers, and channel teams to ensure all copy is clear, consistent, compelling, and on brand. They must communicate with confidence, turning editorial decisions into crisp, constructive direction. The role blends hands‑on writing with editorial leadership and governance, suitable for someone who obsesses over details, understands how brand systems scale, and can guide work from brief to final execution without sacrificing speed.
