About The Position

Responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating programs, projects, and processes that provide services to students and/or other internal College or District customers. This grant-funded position is based at Adult Education Literacy, 2222 N. Alamo St., San Antonio, Texas. The position is 40 hours per week. Evenings and weekends may be required. The posting closes November 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. CST.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training that equates to the required degree.
• Four years of experience coordinating activities, programs, and/or projects, and supervising and developing employees.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
• Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
• A Motor Vehicle Report is required, in addition to a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in a community college.
