About The Position

This role involves evaluating government payer support programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing contract execution. The Senior Coordinator will review government contracts, identify system or operational changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to advise on necessary adjustments. Responsibilities include scanning and mailing documents, setting up meetings, and presenting information. The position also entails implementing strategic initiatives related to government programs by analyzing ROI data, providing recommendations, and developing action plans. The role requires demonstrating up-to-date expertise, building partnerships, and modeling compliance with company policies and values. This is an onsite role at the Bentonville, AR home office.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business or related field OR 1 year’s experience in contracting, healthcare billing, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates government payer support programs plans and implementation requirements to ensure compliance with government industry and company standards.
  • Conducts evaluations of current and future contract requirements to determine needed system or operational changes.
  • Addresses concerns that are out of alignment with established business parameters.
  • Determines the action plan for contract execution for each customer program.
  • Provides solution recommendations to senior leadership and business contacts.
  • Follows up with each government or state specific stakeholder to ensure compliance is achieved.
  • Assists in the completion of legal documents for contract execution by reviewing government contracts to determine needed system or operational changes.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to advise on needed changes based on contract requirements.
  • Scans and mails documents to stakeholders involved in contract execution.
  • Sets up conference calls or meetings.
  • Collaborates, communicates, and presents information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implements strategic initiatives related to government programs by evaluating program return on investment data.
  • Provides recommendations regarding program implementation.
  • Analyzes current data and forecasts to determine if contract requirements can be met.
  • Assists in developing and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve initiatives.
  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.
