About The Position

The Senior Contracts Analyst manages the full contract lifecycle, including review, execution, compliance, renewal, and documentation. The role evaluates contract terms to identify and mitigate legal and business risks, recommends appropriate modifications, and monitors contractual obligations and deadlines. It partners with internal and external stakeholders to support contract alignment, audits, process improvements, and effective contract management practices. The position is located in Denver, Colorado.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Four years of experience.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze contractual agreements for compliance with legal and organizational standards, determining when additional legal review is needed and engaging relevant stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
Recommend contract modifications based on legal and business considerations.
Manage contracts through their lifecycle, from initiation and drafting to execution and renewal.
Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
Monitor contractual obligations and deadlines.
Develop strategies to minimize contractual risks and maximize opportunities.
Communicate contract-related information to internal and external stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment.
Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and contribute to best practices.
Coordinate or support contract audit activities.
Monitor monthly reports and document adherence.
Develop strong relationships with key business partners.
