We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator / Senior Paralegal to help build and support a high‑performing, business‑driven contracts function. As Contracts Administrator / Senior Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting Accelevation’s commercial and operational activities. You will serve as a central contracts partner to Legal, Sales, Operations, Field, and Finance teams; ensuring agreements align with company standards, risk tolerance, and business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who operates independently, thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, and brings deep, hands‑on experience managing high‑volume and high‑value contracts, particularly in construction and sales‑driven contexts. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, Paralegal, or similar role with substantial contract responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience with construction contracts, including subcontractor or project‑based agreements
  • Demonstrated experience with sales agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and customer‑facing contracts
  • Strong contract drafting, review, and redlining skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Teams required)
  • Independent judgment and problem‑solving ability
  • Business‑focused, pragmatic contract mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working under deadlines and across departments
  • Discretion in handling confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting an in‑house legal department
  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology, risk allocation, and project workflows
  • Experience working with sales teams and revenue‑driven contract processes
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software
  • Ability to identify recurring contract issues and recommend process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
  • Construction contracts (MSAs, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders)
  • Sales agreements (customer contracts, MSAs, SOWs, amendments)
  • Vendor, supplier, and service agreements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for contract intake, review, and execution across business units
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including requests, redlining, approvals, execution, storage, and compliance tracking
  • Identify contractual risks and issues and escalate appropriately to legal counsel or leadership
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, internal approval processes, and applicable laws
  • Maintain accurate contract records and manage contract repositories and tracking tools
  • Assist in developing and maintaining contract templates, standard terms, and playbooks
  • Support post‑execution contract administration, including notices, renewals, amendments, and close‑out obligations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Field, and Finance teams to facilitate timely deal execution
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual interpretation and obligations
