As our Senior Consumer Loan Processor Associate, you'll play a key role in our Home Equity operation, taking ownership of a diverse pipeline from application through funding. You'll use your judgment to identify risks, resolve obstacles, and keep loans moving efficiently toward closing. Working closely with underwriters, branch teams, title companies, and borrowers, you'll serve as a central partner throughout the lending process. Base Annual Salary Range: $24.66 - $31.05 per hour ($51,300 - $64,575 per year) The posted range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in loan processing or equivalent related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to independently manage a pipeline.
• Strong Title and Lien Review knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Recent HELOC Processing experience.
• Frontline experience as a Teller or in Personal Banking.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline prioritization and stakeholder communications.
• Review and manage underwriting conditions.
• Analyze title, insurance and collateral documentation.
• Drive the loan from application through closing and funding.
• Perform quality control reviews and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to team members.
