About The Position

The Senior Consulting Principal is the subject-matter lead on enterprise pharma and biotech pursuits, partnering with Account Executives to turn client business questions into data-driven solutions across claims, lab, specialty data, and technology platforms. The role focuses on consultative selling: framing clients’ commercial problems, designing solutions, and demonstrating the value of HealthVerity data before and after a sale. The Senior Consulting Principal also contributes expertise to the development of HealthVerity’s AI-enabled insights and trigger offerings. The role includes leading opportunity discovery and solution design, growing assigned accounts, developing patient- and HCP-level triggers and alerts, and contributing to thought leadership. The position works with clients and internal teams to assess data feasibility, define analytical approaches and deliverables, support proposals and RFPs, and transition solutions to delivery teams. The position is available through a hybrid model for local Philadelphia employees, who work in the office three days per week, and remote work from specified hubs and approved states. Remote employees primarily work from home and meet in person at least annually. The posted base salary range is $165,000–$200,000, plus incentive compensation.
