About The Position

The Senior Consultant position is part of FTI Consulting’s Technology practice, which provides technology-enabled consulting services to corporations and law firms. FTI Technology uses modern eDiscovery and review platforms, including Relativity and Nuix Discover, to support document review, case management, processing, analysis, and production.

The Senior Consultant works closely with senior leadership, consultants, and clients on complex engagements. The role applies analytical and technical skills to develop effective solutions, manage project activities, and deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The position suits someone who enjoys analytical and technical problem-solving, collaborates well across teams and projects, takes ownership of responsibilities, and is committed to continuous learning and accurate, high-quality work.

FTI Consulting supports professional development through on-the-job learning, self-guided courses and certifications, a dedicated coach, and programs tailored to professional milestones. The position requires willingness and ability to travel to client sites and FTI Consulting offices as required. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working with eDiscovery technology, including Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites and FTI Consulting offices as required.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice To Haves

• Strong proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities in collaboration with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills and established methodologies to a variety of client situations and practice areas.
• Develop innovative, customized solutions to meet evolving client requirements.
• Use logical reasoning and technical expertise to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Monitor project deliverables for accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional FTI Consulting services based on client needs.
• Provide exceptional client service in demanding, deadline-driven environments.
