About The Position

The Senior Consultant is part of FTI Consulting’s Technology practice, which provides technology-enabled consulting services to corporations and law firms. FTI Technology uses modern eDiscovery and review platforms, including Relativity and Nuix Discover, to support document review, case management, processing, analysis, and production.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, and clients on complex engagements. You will apply analytical and technical skills to develop effective solutions, manage project activities, and deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The position suits someone who enjoys analytical problem-solving, collaborating across teams and projects, learning continuously, taking ownership of responsibilities, and creating customized solutions to challenging client needs.

The role requires willingness and ability to travel to client sites and FTI Consulting offices as needed. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working with eDiscovery technology, including Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites and FTI Consulting offices as required.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Strong proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service in demanding, deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities in collaboration with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills and established methodologies to address client situations across practice areas.
• Develop innovative, customized solutions to meet evolving client requirements.
• Use logical reasoning and technical expertise to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional FTI Consulting services based on client needs.
• Provide exceptional client service in demanding, deadline-driven environments.
