About The Position

The Director position is within FTI Consulting’s Technology practice, which provides consulting services to corporations and law firms for coordinating document review and production using Relativity and/or Nuix Discover. The Director manages multiple aspects of client matters and is responsible for project activities, client service, quality, and timely delivery. The role calls for logical, analytical thinking about processes and data, flexibility across teams and projects, a willingness to learn, and the ability to develop solutions to difficult or novel requests.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 6 years of relevant experience using eDiscovery technology, such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal.
Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice To Haves

Strong proficiency with Windows and related software, such as Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint.
Excellent communication and client interface skills.
Outstanding client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project activities, interacting with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
Apply analytical skills and existing methodologies to client situations and practice disciplines, and create customized solutions as client needs change.
Use logical reasoning to provide complete client service.
Ensure work is high quality and delivered within established timeframes.
Introduce additional FTI services to clients as their needs dictate.
Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
Maintain a professional image within the firm and project it to external stakeholders.
