About The Position

EY’s Financial Services Organization (FSO) Business Transformation practice helps financial services clients improve performance through strategic operations, technology, product, data, compliance and risk programs. Its Consumer Banking practice supports retail banks in transforming customer acquisition, service and retention; modernizing products and customer journeys; and embedding data, AI and automation into business operations. The work spans retail deposits, consumer lending, operating model design, process re-engineering, platform modernization, digital workflows and AI-enabled customer experiences, with engagements ranging from short focused efforts to large-scale transformation programs. As a Senior Consultant, you will work on strategic and operational challenges for consumer banking clients and build deep industry expertise. The role primarily involves operational and technical client work, understanding client needs and goals, and receiving direction from project teams and client resources.
