About The Position

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Tempe, Arizona, within Package and Technology Enablement | Package Functional Transformation. The role drives software development and implementation services using SAP products to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs. It synthesizes operations strategy by analyzing business solutions and selecting relevant SAP tools and techniques, including those needed for business cases, pricing, and complex financial analysis, and interprets and reports results. The Senior Consultant drives the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP business modules and develops technical objects, including modules and reports. The role assesses existing information systems, identifies gaps between business requirements and system capabilities, estimates development time and resources, translates detailed requirements into systems design documents, and supports interface specifications and call flows. National travel of 50% is required; telecommuting is permitted.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
At least 2 years of experience using Waterfall and Agile methodologies for SAP BPC and SAC software development and implementation.
At least 2 years of experience driving SAP implementation lifecycle activities using SAP BPC NetWeaver, BPC Microsoft, BPC Embedded, and SAC.
At least 2 years of experience building, configuring, and monitoring interfaces among SAP BPC, SAC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems.
At least 2 years of experience creating technical and functional specifications using MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, BPC Script Logic, and SAC Advanced Logic.
At least 2 years of experience developing Technical Design Documents from Functional Design Documents using MS Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
At least 2 years of experience defining systems strategy and support procedures and designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing solutions using SAP BPC NetWeaver, BPC Embedded, BPC MS, SAC, SAP BW, SAP ABAP, BPC Script Logic, and SAP Fiori.
At least 2 years of experience in product lifecycle management design and development using SAP TMS for BPC and BW transports and SAP Content Network for SAC transports.
At least 2 years of experience driving SAP BPC, SAC planning, SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP logic development, and SAP Fiori integration design and working with offshore development teams.
Willingness to travel nationally 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Drive SAP software development and implementation services for manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs.
Analyze business solutions and select relevant SAP tools and techniques for requirements such as business cases, pricing, and complex financial analysis; interpret and report outputs.
Drive the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP business modules and develop technical objects, including modules and reports.
Assess existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and estimate development time and resources.
Transform detailed requirements into complete systems design documents and support the creation of interface specifications and call flows.
Use Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive development and implementation of SAP BPC and SAC solutions.
Drive SAP implementation lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, defect and change-request triage, escalations, and urgent issues.
Build, configure, and monitor interfaces integrating SAP BPC, SAC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems.
Drive the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudocode.
Develop Technical Design Documents from Functional Design Documents for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
Define systems strategy and support procedures; develop requirements; and design, prototype, test, train, and implement technology-enabled client business solutions.
Perform product lifecycle management design and development using SAP Transport Management System for BPC and BW transports and SAP Content Network for SAC transports.
Drive SAP BPC and SAC planning, SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP logic development, and SAP Fiori integration design, and work with offshore development teams to develop solutions.
