About The Position

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Los Angeles, California, on the Package and Technology Enablement | Package Functional Transformation team. The role delivers SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies realize value from technology investments, improve digital responsiveness and scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems, and reimagine their businesses with SAP digital solutions. The Senior Consultant participates in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develops work plans for engagement components, coordinates activities across workstreams, and identifies scope changes. The position assesses existing information systems and gaps between business requirements and system capabilities, provides application analysis aligned with SAP architecture and infrastructure goals, and uses industry insight and analytical methods—including data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling—to produce analyses and algorithms that support business decisions. The role requires 50% national travel; telecommuting is permitted.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
At least 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
At least 2 years of experience designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using Agile methodology, and working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
At least 2 years of experience creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases—including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, and data and process models—using MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Atlassian Jira.
At least 2 years of experience across SDLC phases using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including planning and requirements gathering for enterprise-client solution design, development, testing, and implementation, using SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules including SAP MDG, SD, and FI.
At least 2 years of experience analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support future-state design using MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
At least 2 years of experience tracking and reporting project and milestone deliverable status using Jira, Tricentis qTest, ALM, MS Power BI, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
At least 2 years of experience driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment using SAP SD, FI, LE, and MM modules.
At least 2 years of experience interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements and translate them into project designs using SAP Activate methodology, Jira, ALM, qTest, and MS Excel.
At least 2 years of experience creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans, and configuration documents using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Jira, and ALM.

Responsibilities
