About The Position

As a Senior Consultant, you will work on high-impact strategy engagements spanning growth strategy and business transformation. You will operate within small, collaborative teams to analyze markets, assess companies, and deliver actionable recommendations for Fortune 500 clients and emerging growth companies. This role is aligned to the Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure sector, including telecommunications operators, cable providers, satellite companies, wireless operators, data centers, and adjacent media and technology businesses. Experience or strong interest in this sector is expected. The position is based in Denver, Colorado, with a mix of onsite client work and in-office collaboration, and limited travel requirements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of consulting or relevant experience (e.g., corporate strategy, transaction advisory)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to build compelling presentations and communicate insights clearly
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured analysis of market, competitive, and financial data to generate client insights
  • Develop clear, compelling storylines and client-ready PowerPoint deliverables
  • Conduct and oversee primary and secondary research (e.g., expert interviews, market analysis, benchmarking)
  • Translate complex analyses into concise, data-driven recommendations
  • Manage and coach junior team members; delegate workstreams and review outputs
  • Engage directly with clients, including presenting findings and supporting workshops
  • Apply innovative approaches, including leveraging emerging technologies such as generative AI
  • Contribute to local team growth through recruiting, training, and culture initiatives
