As a Senior, you will support clients in translating strategy into execution—contributing to operating model design, digital transformation initiatives, and delivery of measurable outcomes across complex programs.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree
2–4+ years of experience in technology or IT strategy consulting, business or digital transformation, or program/project management
Experience supporting transformation programs, projects, or workstreams across business and/or technology environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Developing capabilities in technology strategy, IT operating model design, transformation delivery, and program governance
Practical understanding of AI and emerging technologies and how they can improve transformation outcomes, productivity, and client value
Ability to connect strategy to execution and support value realization
Experience working in complex project or transformation environments
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Exposure to digital or AI transformation initiatives, data, analytics, automation tools, or process improvement efforts
Relevant certifications or coursework, such as PMP, Agile, or related delivery credentials

Responsibilities

Support workstreams across technology strategy, business transformation, and program delivery
Contribute to the design and implementation of business and IT operating models, transformation roadmaps, execution plans, and program governance structures
Translate client objectives into practical workplans, deliverables, KPIs, and value tracking materials
Support delivery across cross-functional transformation programs
Track timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to help ensure successful delivery
Work with client stakeholders and EY teams to implement change and improve performance
Identify opportunities for digital enablement, automation, AI adoption, and process improvement
Support proposal development, client presentations, and internal practice-building activities
Guide and support junior team members through day-to-day coaching and review of work products
