The Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. In this role, you will champion a customer-focused culture, drive the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and specialized portfolios, and support more complex business lines by working with executives and senior leaders. You will manage complex compensation negotiations, drive the candidate's talent journey, and partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to successfully convert candidates to new hires. Additionally, you will proactively source and attract candidates, monitor external labor market trends, and understand the Bank's risk appetite and operational risk management. You will also champion a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vision/values/business strategy, and managing succession and development planning.
