Responsible for driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Talent Management and Learning workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post‑go‑live support. This role serves as a functional subject matter expert across Oracle Talent modules - such as Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Review - as well as Oracle Learning, including learning catalogs, assignments, certifications, and compliance tracking. The lead partners closely with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to translate talent and learning strategies into scalable Oracle solutions aligned to best practices, while also facilitating design workshops, managing testing cycles, and resolving functional issues. Additionally, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with Core HR and other HCM modules, supports reporting and analytics needs, and develops documentation and training materials, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery of talent development and workforce enablement solutions.
