The Campus & Early Careers Senior Consultant role goes beyond traditional recruiting. You’ll lead mid- to high-level searches while serving as a trusted point of contact for your stakeholders—owning the full recruiting lifecycle and helping shape how we attract and engage early career talent. You’ll use your knowledge of the business, industry best practices, and talent trends to enhance recruiting strategies, improve service delivery, and solve complex hiring challenges. In this role, you’ll also expand your impact beyond day-to-day recruiting. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, relationship building, event strategy, candidate engagement, and recruitment marketing—partnering with leaders, peers, and cross-functional teams to test new ideas and elevate the candidate experience. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships, creating memorable experiences, and finding innovative ways to connect talent to opportunity, this role offers strong ownership, visibility, and growth. This isn’t your typical recruiter role. You’ll help reimagine how we show up in the market—engaging talent early, identifying talent signals before candidates ever make it to the hiring leader, and building stronger, more intentional pipelines. You’ll have room to create. From immersive campus experiences to engaging workshops and candidate touchpoints, you’ll have the autonomy to bring fresh ideas to life. This role offers hands-on exposure to project management, relationship building, recruitment marketing, event strategy, and cross-functional Talent Acquisition work. Your work will directly shape candidate experiences, strengthen school partnerships, and help build ready-now early career talent pipelines.
