About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support digital transformation and analytics engagements across the Oil & Gas sector. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, data visualization, Agile execution, and business analysis, with foundational Oil & Gas knowledge. The Senior Consultant works with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into practical digital solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency. The position includes analyzing user needs and process gaps, turning requirements into user stories and backlog items, and supporting stakeholder discovery. It also involves building dashboards and visual reports, working with data teams on metrics and KPIs, and iterating on prototypes based on user feedback. As Scrum Master for one or more delivery squads, the Senior Consultant facilitates Agile ceremonies, supports sprint execution, tracks delivery risks and dependencies, and coaches teams on Agile practices. The role applies basic knowledge of the Oil & Gas value chain and develops familiarity with relevant processes as needed. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Approximately 5 or more years of experience in digital delivery, consulting, business analysis, or data-driven project roles.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams.
Strong skills writing user stories and acceptance criteria and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
Basic exposure to AI concepts such as classification, prediction, anomaly detection, or AI-powered analytics tools; deep data science expertise is not required.
Clear communication with business and technical audiences and comfort presenting demos.
Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities.
Curiosity about Oil & Gas operations; deep expertise is not required.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting digital transformation in industrial or asset-heavy environments.
Exposure to cloud analytics platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Basic familiarity with SQL, data modeling concepts, or low-code tools.
Agile certification (CSM/PSM) and experience facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and process gaps.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
Support stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
Document process flows, current-state/value-stream maps, and solution outlines.
Build dashboards, visual reports, and insight-driven storyboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Develop visualizations for operational, financial, or performance decision-making.
Work with data teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data-formatting needs.
Support prototype creation and iteration based on user feedback.
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more delivery squads, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives.
Maintain backlog hygiene and support sprint execution with the Product Owner; remove impediments and coordinate across teams.
Track scope, risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain delivery plans and burn-down/burn-up reporting.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Apply basic understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain to support data and workflow discussions.
Learn relevant domain processes, such as production reporting, maintenance workflows, logistics, or commercial operations.
