The Senior Compensation Analyst performs advanced analysis and supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s compensation programs. This role evaluates market trends, conducts complex compensation modeling, and provides data-driven recommendations to help ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational budgets. The Senior Analyst partners closely with internal stakeholders and supports the Centers of Excellence (CoE) model at Learning Care, while also providing mentorship to junior team members to promote strong compensation practices and operational excellence.
