About The Position

At P&G, eCommerce is a critical growth area and we are looking for a Senior eCommerce Growth Manager to join our Toronto Organization immediately. You will lead top priority work to advance P&G’s digital capabilities and results with a large retailer partner. This work will have high visibility and will include working across multiple business teams within P&G and externally with retailer partners. Ideal candidate will need to have digital commerce experience and a passion to work in this fast paced, agile environment. This is a high impact role within P&G, responsible for delivering critical growth with one of our top retailer partners. Role focus will include developing and optimizing standard operating procedures for product launches and peak merchandising events, delivering content superiority, and facilitating digital training and development. This role is ideal for a strategic individual with a balance of digital commerce and project management expertise. Individuals who work collaboratively, can effectively influence others, and leverage a growth mindset will excel in this essential role.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree from an accredited university, any major
  • 4+ years of relevant Digital Commerce experience in either CPG, an eCommerce retail platform, or at an agency is required
  • Strong leadership skills & written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong proficiency in Excel is required and base proficiency in data transformation and visualization tools (KNIME, Power BI) is an asset
  • Proficiency in GenAI adaptation of content and basic knowledge in coding are an asset
