About The Position

The Senior Commercial/ Industrial HVAC Technician maintains, services, performs preventive maintenance on, and repairs commercial and industrial HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment. The role requires experience with a broad range of HVAC/R systems and equipment, maintaining tools and supplies, following safety requirements and using appropriate PPE, and keeping appropriate records.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Commercial/Industrial Service Technician.
• Service and repair experience with HVAC/R equipment, including electrical, refrigeration, gas/oil, VAV/mixing boxes, fan boxes, controls, VRF, VFD, CRAC, DX, water source heat pumps (WSHP), chillers, boilers, and related hydronic equipment.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license.
• Universal CFC certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service HVAC systems, including hydronic, steam, chilled water, DX, forced air, heat pump, VAV, constant volume, exhaust, heat recovery, and related mechanical systems.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, service, and repair on equipment.
• Follow all safety requirements and use appropriate PPE.
• Keep appropriate records.
