About The Position

You will be responsible for consolidating, measuring, and reporting commercial performance, as well as conducting financial modeling to support the operations of Image Guided Therapy in North America. Your role: Analyzes pricing, sales data, and equipment rentals, identifying market trends, providing variance analysis, creating key performance indicators (KPIs) while collaborating with data scientists developing automated sales and pricing performance dashboards (price realization, rebates, and leased equipment KPIs). Assists finance and commercial operations with accurate and timely rebates, GPO/IDN fees budgeting, forecasting, and planning as well as handles all collections' inquiries regarding equipment rental charges. Provides financial models and analysis to support various sales initiatives, such as rebate programs and pricing strategies to work closely with sales leaders providing financial insights and recommendations on how to improve commercial performance (margin/share). Communicates and presents financial insights to senior management to inform business decisions. Collaborates with sales, marketing and supply chain leaders identifying potential opportunities and threats to sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling and/or relevant general analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software such as Qlik, Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems.
  • Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to convert data into actionable insights for all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
