Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analysis or related quantitative discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, pricing, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Team player, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards experience a plus).
  • Exposure to, or interest in business intelligence tools and AI/automation tools is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update pricing records within the ERP pricing database in accordance with contractual provisions and announced price changes.
  • Calculate periodic rebate payments and true-up reconciliations.
  • Analyze pricing requests from the commercial team, evaluating margin impact and competitive positioning before recommending actions.
  • Prepare pricing proposals for new business opportunities and contract renewals.
  • Partner with the Pricing Manager to streamline and automate repetitive pricing workflows.
  • Prepare monthly materials for the management board deck, including consolidating financial summaries, variance commentary, and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Assist in monthly financial close activities.
  • Maintain and enhance the enterprise revenue model, translating volume forecasts into revenue, cost, and margin projections.
  • Support the annual budget process by assisting with pricing assumptions.
  • Analyze financial trends and prepare executive-level summaries that communicate key drivers.
  • Perform ad-hoc analytics to support business growth.
