About The Position

Anyone AI is seeking a remote Senior Collections and Debt Recovery Specialist to manage and recover payments from fellows who have completed training and whose payment obligations have been triggered under their contracts. The specialist will manage a regional portfolio, with approximately 70% of fellows in Argentina and the remainder in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and other Latin American countries. The role requires complex collections experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to explain contractual obligations with persistence, firmness, and empathy. The specialist will review contracts and case histories, contact fellows through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels, negotiate authorized payment commitments, and follow up until payments are received and recorded. The role also includes documenting cases in the CRM and coordinating with Finance, Operations, fellow support, and legal counsel. Cases that need legal review or escalation must be prepared with complete supporting files. Success will be measured by recovery against assigned targets, portfolio recovery rate, the percentage of fellows reached, time to recovery, and changes in overdue balances. In the first 90 days, the specialist is expected to learn the contracts and procedures, develop follow-up strategies, maintain complete records, demonstrate recovery results, and identify common objections and process improvements.
