About The Position

The Senior Clinical Specialist provides advanced clinical sales support for Vascade and EnsoETM, solutions in the vascular closure and esophageal cooling markets, and supports adoption of future products introduced through acquisition or portfolio expansion. The role reports to the Regional Clinical Manager and partners closely with the Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Marketing, and other Clinical Teams. It delivers case coverage, product adoption support, and training and education for healthcare professionals in the assigned territory, operating with substantial independence and accountability. The position typically requires at least two years of direct healthcare experience and two years of medical device industry experience. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent medical training is required. Health science education and relevant registrations or certifications are preferred. The annual pay range is $85,000–$160,000, with potential sales incentives and eligibility for the company’s long-term incentive plan depending on role and applicable plan terms.
