About The Position

The Senior Clinical Liaison advocates for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess patient needs. They serve as a resource for healthcare professionals through fostering relationships within medical facilities. With clinical expertise and problem-solving skills, they also coordinate care plans with physicians and families. Additionally, they facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post-acute care.

Requirements

• Valid State Clinical License required - RN, PT, OT, SLP
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years of related experience required.
• Demonstrated competency with the pre-admission process including assessments with relationship building in a rehabilitation setting required

Nice To Haves

• Master's preferred
• Proven track record in sales and marketing with at least one year experience in a related position preferred
• Demonstrated computer proficiency
• Must exercise sound judgement in handling professional/confidential nature of health care sales

Responsibilities

• Helps the Director of Business Development lead the business development processes, meetings and pull-through of admissions.
• Assists with the growth and development of volume, strategies, and initiatives as well as training and mentoring clinical liaisons.
• Completes preadmission assessments as necessary.
