About The Position

The Senior Client Solutions Manager owns a portfolio of Kyra’s largest enterprise accounts and is accountable for retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This is a commercial role focused on keeping enterprise clients, growing their partnerships, and managing delivery effectively so growth is not put at risk. The role serves as a trusted strategic partner to senior brand-side stakeholders and coordinates across Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product. The position leads client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs; translates performance data into actionable strategy; and manages campaign timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns. It identifies risks early, forecasts and optimizes performance, manages renewals and upsell opportunities, and ensures work stays on-brand, on time, and within margin. The role also leads a pod of CSMs and/or Junior CSMs, developing their performance and client work. Daily use of AI is expected to improve reporting, renewal modeling, upsell preparation, data synthesis, and workflows. The role is remote-first and intended for a US-based team member working EST hours. Success includes early renewal planning, NRR targets on track, mapped expansion opportunities, smooth delivery, and trusted forecasts.
