About The Position

As a Senior Client Service Associate within J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Global Families Group, you will maintain, deepen, and enrich client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for Private Banking clients’ service needs. You will work in a complex, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with advisors, product partners, and operations teams to provide an integrated experience across Private Banking products.

Requirements

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses are required; unlicensed candidates may be considered but must obtain the licenses within 90 days of their start date.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Three years of client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and accurate execution of client requests, inquiries, and transactions, including money movement, security transfers, loan transactions, and escalated research requests.
• Follow and maintain the firm’s control policies and procedures and FINRA regulations, while protecting client assets from potential fraud.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review client relationships and identify potential opportunities to engage clients in additional products and services.
