Senior Client Delivery Lead

KrakenNew York, NY
$150,000 - $200,000Hybrid

About The Position

Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy, creating technology that redefines utilities and unlocks a new energy system of the future. By optimizing renewable generation, building a more intelligent grid, and empowering utilities to deliver an exceptional customer experience, our operating system is transforming the industry worldwide. Kraken's Human and Organizational (H&O) Design Practice exists to help utilities realize the full value of transformation — designing organizations and enabling people to thrive through change. Structured around three disciplines — Organizational Design (OD), Human Design (HD), and Client Delivery Leadership (CDL) — the Practice is building a global blueprint for the Utility of the Future: a repeatable model that reduces cost-to-serve, increases decision velocity, and strengthens alignment across every client we serve. As a Senior CDL, you are the primary bridge between Kraken's global H&O vision and the day-to-day reality of client transformation in North America. You'll coach utility leaders, stand up and embed operational processes, build client capability, and model the behaviors that make change stick. Guided by simplicity, customer benefit, and efficiency, members of the Kraken H&O team are role models for what great looks like. If you believe in the power of well-designed organizations and great people to reshape an industry, this is the right place for you.

  • Coach and mentor client leaders 1:1, acting as a trusted advisor during periods of significant change and pushing people to the next level of performance.
  • Support clients in transforming their recruitment and talent practices, leading by example with a lens on reducing bias and championing diversity.

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders across North American utilities.
  • Actively contribute to the global H&O Practice — sharing North American insights, co-developing content, and helping evolve the Practice's toolkit.
