About The Position

The Senior Client Cash Management Representative serves as the primary contact for clients, the first escalation point for Client Cash Management Representatives and proactively assists with the daily management of staff resources and client deliverables. The Sr. Client Cash Management Representative performs reviews of daily cash deliverables to ensure timely completion and client delivery. The Sr. Client Cash Management Representative operates under less direction than the Client Cash Management Representative, supports accounts with greater complexity, and covers all accounts during staff absences. In addition, the Sr. Client Cash Management Representative trains, supports and guides newly hired, less experienced staff.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 Years global custody experience
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and 100% accuracy on tasks completed.
  • Solid understanding of cash projections/availabilities and how day-to-day transactions affect cash and client deliverables.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • High degree of analytical ability.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize assignments in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills
  • Technical proficiency
  • Proactively take on and learn new tasks.
  • Desire to provide superior internal and external client service.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work experience with global cash and foreign exchange markets is preferred
  • Solid understanding of BBH systems and products a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all internal and external client cash inquiries are responded to timely and accurately and in accordance with Global Cash Services’ standards.
  • Assist client cash representatives with complex issues/inquiries.
  • Communicate issues effectively to internal and external clients, as necessary.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of client's normal cash practices and deadlines.
  • Research and resolve all client cash inquiries in accordance with Global Cash Services procedures and controls.
  • Work closely with the client, Client Service Teams, Treasury, Funds Transfer, R&A, Corporate Actions, and many other internal teams to foster strong working relationships
  • Proactively assist staff and supervisors when needed.
  • Efficiently utilize BBH systems and tools/cash products to maximize productivity.
  • Continuous contribution to the improvement and productivity of Global Cash Services and its standards of service and to BBH.
  • Coordinate cross training within the group and assist with coverage during staff absences.
  • Enhance quality and efficiency by identifying process improvements.
  • Promptly escalate sensitive/risk issues to management.
  • Ensure daily deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
  • Ensure proper client documentation is in place authorizing Global Cash Services to perform cash processes on their behalf.
  • Ensure procedures are in place for all clients and are updated timely.
  • Ensure controls are in place to prevent unnecessary risk to the client and/or firm.
