About The Position

The Senior Channel Marketing Manager, together with the isolved network team and a growing Marketing Department, will be responsible for supporting marketing strategies and capabilities to increase lead generation and pipeline growth for the isolved network. Reporting to the VP, Partner Marketing, this role will collaborate with departmental counterparts working to achieve marketing goals using both strategic and tactical planning. You will track and review campaign performance and generate recommendations based on learnings to establish best practices. The isolved network is the fastest growing business within isolved, with more than 150 certified network partners across the United States and nearly 2 million end users. The network's marketing team works closely with the network account management and partner success teams to support partners with strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field or related business experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and agility to quickly understand the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.
  • Solid and demonstrable experience of sales and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Metadata.io, Outreach, CRM) analytics (e.g., Google) and CMS.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing either in-house or at an advertising or media agency.
  • 5+ years or more experience working with LinkedIn/Facebook campaign management either in-house or at an advertising or media agency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Excel.
  • Ambitious yet flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign creation and execution of digital marketing strategies to acquire new leads at scale with success measured in qualified opportunity conversions.
  • Effectively understand and drive towards lead goals and CPL targets.
  • Contribute to detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, and creative targeting.
  • Analyze and disseminate comprehensive reporting.
  • Manage and collaborate with digital and broader marketing team on tactics and creative to cultivate lead generation and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with positioning and long-term goals.
  • Manage lead processing and workflows for targeted digital programs.
  • Support content to create a dynamic, engaging and authentic brand experience that successfully reflects the spirit of isolved.
