The Senior Campaign Marketing Manager will lead Lark's Consumer Marketing strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on commercial plans and Medicare program populations. The goal is to maximize patient enrollment across both commercial and government-sponsored segments. This role is central to defining and executing Lark's growth strategies within commercial plans and Medicare programs, including the Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) and CMS ACCESS, to drive enrollment and engagement. The manager will develop and execute audience-specific campaigns tailored to the unique needs, communication preferences, and regulatory constraints of commercially-insured members and Medicare beneficiaries. The role involves end-to-end ownership of consumer-facing campaigns, from awareness to retention, including campaign design, content development, QA, launch, and performance reporting. This is a highly collaborative position requiring coordination with external PBM partners, Medicare program stakeholders, and internal teams such as design, marketing operations, and strategy.
